Refund Policy

A Unit Of New Pal Motors (Since 1970)

Our first priority is your complete satisfaction with your royalenfieldplanet purchase. We will gladly accept returned product in salable condition (in its original packaging) within 30 days of purchase.

Fine Print:

1) Email customer@royalenfieldplanet.com to let our support team know you want to return the product. 

2) The product must come back without any damage, in order to receive the full refund. If a product is returned with damage, you may be charged Damage/Restocking Fee.   

3) please pack the product as securely as you received it. 

If we made an error, such as sending you the wrong product, or if the product is defective, then we will gladly e-mail you a pre-paid return label to send the product back to us. If the return is not due to our error, simply ship the product back in its original packaging and we will either exchange the item for a different color/size or issue you a credit. The original packaging must be in “new” condition so that we can re-sell your exchange. If the item has been damaged (stripped screws, scratches, etc...) we may be unable to accept your return.

Please include a detailed note that includes your name, address, daytime telephone number, e-mail address, the reason for the return, the bottom portion of your original web invoice and what action you would like us to take.
Important: Royal Enfild Planet does not cover the cost of return postage EXCEPT for a defective product or error in shipping (i.e. we ship you the wrong style/size ordered). If you believe the product you received is defective, please email us so we can determine the defect and issue a credit. In order to honor any refund or exchange of product, customers must provide proof of purchase. If a product returns with damage, you may be charged Damage/Restocking Fee.
